PROS Consulting, LLC is a full-service management consulting and planning firm focusing on services to government and not-for-profit agencies.

The firm was formed in 1995 to serve the parks, recreation, and leisure services industry. It is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a full-service office in Dallas, Texas. The two offices have been working continuously on projects since 2000. PROS has 12 full-time employees, with a host of independent contractors providing specialized consulting capabilities.

The PROS Team has worked on more than 700 projects in 46 states and numerous projects internationally in seven countries. Management consulting and planning services offered include specialized experience in parks and recreation, tourism planning and development, sports, municipal utilities, public works, transportation, general civic planning and development, and governance and administrative services.
